Plans filed for new office development in Warehouse Arts District; developer hopes to add row house project to area in 2016; update on East Lawrence bistro

Lawrence Cultural District

The East Ninth Project brings local and regional artists, architects, and designers together to renovate nine blocks of Ninth Street, running east from Massachusetts to Delaware, creating a safe and sustainable artistic streetscape for the Lawrence community to enjoy.  This project would not be possible without the support of the City of Lawrence and ArtPlace America.

The latest multimillion dollar project in East Lawrence is nearly complete, and now it is time to weigh in on its distinctive look.

Work on the 9 Del Lofts affordable housing project is wrapping up at the corner of Ninth and Delaware streets. The project is the latest by a group led by Tony Krsnich, who developed the nearby Poehler Lofts and the Warehouse Arts District.
